Council's mil-loon-ium madness
THERE HAVE BEEN expressions of anger from many quarters after last Friday's OUSU Council descended into chaos. A few members took part in what has been seen as a deliberate disruption of proceedings, involving Nazi-style salutes, cries of "Viva Pinochet" and alleged drunken behaviour.
