Hertford Hold off Hall

Hertford Hold off Hall

With just a handful of games left in the season, any of three teams could realistically take second spot in the Premiership, writes Graham Webber. Hertford and SEH must be favourites, but New have enough games in hand to make a late surge.

Things at the bottom of the table look equally tight; Balliol's games in hand really put Queen's and Mansfield/Merton under pressure to win their last few games.

St. Catz appear to have sewn up the First Division, but the situation below them is very hard to read. Resurgent John's are the on-form team in the first division.

An extraordinary run of form this term, including their impressive displays against SEH in the cup mean they must be favourites to be promoted. Keble have the more challenging run in and will have to beat St. Catz and St. Anne's to keep up their promotion challenge.
