Gradual Decline

By Unknown Author

Now it's just getting silly.

This is the third debacle in the saga of the OUSU V-P (Graduates), and basically we all want them to just sort themselves out.

Don't get us wrong, it seems as if Andy Garlick has resigned for very much personal reasons, but the President's terse response to the loss is perhaps indicative of a deeper malaise.

The 'Stu doesn't doubt that many graduates do want representation, and it's clearly an important position, as graduates do have specific needs.

But with a legacy like this attached to the position, who will bother standing? Already we're lacking a V-P (Graduates) for next year - now it's time to wake up and smell the Garlick.

Does this finally spell the end of the V-P (Graduates)? One thing's for sure, we can't really go on with this farcical, interminable situation forever.
