In a tough battle at Iffley Road, the Oxford men continued in their search for the league title with a 1-0 victory over Bedford. Durnford scored the game's only goal from the spot while Bedford's dirty play left them finishing with only nine men.

The Men's Ice Hockey team continued their season-long winning streak with an impressive 7-6 victory against arguably the best amateur side in Britain, the Eastern Star, a side composed primarily of Eastern European and Russian players.
The Women's team had a less than impressive week. Losses of 17-0 to Romford and 7-0 to Chelmsford led up to a 18-0 thrashing at the hands of town rivals the Oxford City Zodiacs. There are only four league games remaining for the Blues to pick up some form before their Varsity clash on March 9.
In the first round of this year's Cuppers competition, Teddy Hall crushed an up-and-coming Worcester side 48-5. Centre Tom Watkins piled the pain on the men in pink and black with four tries to seal victory and passage into the next round.
