LOVE WILL CERTAINLY be in the air in the city of dreaming spires this Valentine's Day, with a little help from Oxford Romance.
Oxford Romance's very own 'Love Wagon' will be spreading love through the streets of Oxford, tying pink balloons to bicycles and handing out CK One perfume and thousands of Rolos all over town. Games have been organized, including a scavenger hunt in which pulling random strangers and collecting items of clothing could win you champagne, perfume, or tickets to see Johnny Vaughan in London.
