Jacko goes backo on charity promise
Michael Jackson has abandoned the children's charity that he launched during his visit to the Oxford Union two years ago.
The charity, Heal the Kids, has had to be shelved due to Jackson's failure to keep his promise to donate £720,000 and a percentage of sales from his last album. This follows the recent controversial documentary about Jackson that has called into question whether he should be allowed to have custody of his children.
Jackson's visit to the Union was an extremely memorable occasion, though few students managed to get into the debating chamber to hear the superstar speak.
