Fall at New

Fall at New

A NEW COLLEGE student was found lying unconscious early this week with multiple injuries, believed to have been sustained the night before. He was discovered in the morning, lying on the concrete floor below his window at 3, Bodicote House on Longwall Street.

The student has reportedly no recollection of the incident, and it remains unclear whether he collapsed whilst in the garden, or fell from his room.

The severity of the injuries, however, including a broken hip and cheekbones as well as severe concussion, suggests that he may have fallen from his first floor window.

Friends have said that he had eaten very little on the day of the incident and had been drinking the night before he is believed to have collapsed. The student remains in hospital under surveillance, and it is unclear when he will return to New College.
