TEDDY HALL IS in the grip of an excessive bout of vandalism and vomiting. In the latest in a series of incidents of excessive drinking, the JCR was closed on the morning of Friday, October 26. This was authorized by the Dean at the request of the cleaning staff after someone was sick in the room on Thursday night. Although the person responsible came forward on Friday afternoon, and has since been subject to disciplinary procedures, the room remained closed over the weekend for cleaning. The college authorities had threatened to keep the room closed until November 5, but the admission of guilt on behalf of the unnamed person has resulted in its early opening....
