Dis-course
Every time the sun comes out, I write a pre-emptive summer food article, whereupon it instantly starts pissing down with rain again. But I can't help myself - I want to barbecue things. I want smoky meat, charred and succulent at once, I want spicy marinades and fat salads, I want tapas and cold beers and picnics and all the various ways of spending whole days eating in the sun. Roll on the summer....
