Ali G : da OUSU massiv is now online
BOYAKASHA! Da OUSU web site has bin givun a new himage courtesy of Ali G. That is, the OUSU web site has been given a new image, courtesy of Ali G. Type in www.ousu.org/alig and you will be connected to the AGSU - Ali G Student Union. Its web manager Jon Worth (Jon Worf) is very keen to points out that it does not represent the views of OUSU.
The AGSU home page, like the original OUSU web site, offers pages devoted to "Helpin" (Welfare), "da Old Ones" (Graduates) and the "Wimmin's Handbook".
It also provides a link to "da Ali G translata" where you can type in phrases and see them converted into the language of da West Staines Massive. "Simply rip da sentence in ingleesh into da box, and weez will magically translate it into Ali G speech for yous."
Worth claims that the translation of the site has "no agenda, or malicious intentions." He created it after the text of the OUSU home page was sent to him, translated into the language of the ghetto.
Ali G, alias Cambridge-educated Sacha Baron Cohen, first became famous with his slot on the 11 O'Clock Show. He now has his own show on Channel 4 and is taking the nation by storm.
The alternative web site is not the first to be linked to the OUSU home page. In a similar tribute, another secret OUSU site is devoted to Josh Bell, former OUSU President.
