EastEnder ends up with wet shirt and no date
EASTENDERS HEARTHROB Michael Greco received a frosty welcome from one Oxford local last week. The 31 year-old actor, who plays Beppe Di Marco in the hit BBC soap, had a drink thrown over him while he signed autographs at the Chicago Rock Cafe.
Although female fans were delighted to see Greco, some of the men in the Oxford bar weren't similarly impressed by the suave and sophisticated Eastender. As he made his way through his crowd of admirers, one of the boys threw a drink over Greco's tailor-made suit.
Greco responded with annoyance, but wiped off the liquid and carried on signing autographs.
And the soap star didn't let the incident get in the way of the chance to meet some of Oxford's ladies. When asked by the DJ if he was on the hunt for a girl, his reply - to the delight of the crowd - was an eager: "Yes, please."
