We're all going on a summer holiday
School's out - well almost. I'd kind of been expecting my last editorial to be an excuse for rampant nostalgia, but then I realised that we did actually have a reason for coming out a day early. Yes, it's that general election thing. Go on, vote, damn you. (Sorry, charity law stops me giving any more guidance.)
It just gets better for psephophiles, as there are elections for a major university debating society this Friday. Do try and get along to husts to see if the candidates can tell the time and if they know it's naughty to play with fire alarms.
It's also reassuring to know that the maturity of the adult political world extends down to JCR Presidents. And that an elite university feels the need to ensure that students meet minimal standards of self care.
Finally, thanks to everyone who reads the paper, and especially the editorial. We know you're just loving it (loving it, loving it). But now I think it's time for me to pass my OxStu love baton on to someone new.
