Drug Scare

Rumours that a batch of contaminated heroin has reached Oxford have spread following recent news that four Oxford addicts have suffered severe and abnormal health complications as a result of taking the drug.

Two of the four have suffered near-fatal heart attacks. The most recent case, a young man from Blackbird Leys, is currently recuperating in hospital.

Police are as yet unsure whether the heroin is contaminated with another dangerous substance, or is simply extremely pure.
