WADHAMITE MUGGED
Last Thursday, a Wadham student was attacked by a group of three men on the corner of Ferry Pool road, Summertown.
Unlike some previous assaults, the attackers were seeking to mug the student, and took his wallet. The student, who declined to speak to The OxStu, was left badly hurt after being punched and kicked repeatedly by his assailants. The incident occurred at midnight as the student was walking home.
Abby Green, Wadham's SU president has reminded all students that it is important to be vigilant and avoid walking by yourself late at night.
The police had not been able to arrest the men responsible at the time of going to press and are still actively seeking anyone who may have information. It is believed that there were no witnesses.
