Students not intimidated by new celebration Code of Conduct

Despite the massive press coverage given to the University's new Code of Conduct for post-exam revelry Oxford's students seem to have paid little heed to the warnings to tone down their actions.

All the students to whom The OxStu has spoken, since we exclusively broke the story last week, seemed to be doing exactly what they wanted, despite the possible financial ramifications. "It's all part of the Oxford experience," said Jamie Paterson (bottom left), a second year PPP student.

Some were even openly confrontational: "I challenge a proctor to catch me if they can," said Tony Sleeman, a third year classicist.

Students appeared united in criticising the code: "It's still going to happen - at least if it was just outside the exam school there would only be one place to clean up, but now isolated celebrations will happen all over town only making it worse," said one. Others were less coherent: "I like getting got," said one New College student.
