Ern Huei Lim, a Law fresher at Lady Margaret Hall, has won three of the four University-wide prizes for outstanding achievement in her Law Mods.
Lim won the Sweet & Maxwell prize of law books for the best overall performance, as well as two of the three Slaughter & May awards, which are given to the student with the best performance in each individual paper – criminal law, constitutional law, and Roman law.
Lim said that she “honestly wasn’t expecting such results, so they came as a pleasant surprise” to her, and that she is “really thankful” for her three prizes. She added: “I think I spent more time being shocked than happy, but it was a wonderful surprise.”
LMH has congratulated Lim on her success.
