Today I was forced to think very hard. Harder than anyone who works in fashion should ever have to, in my opinion. I was asked to describe myself in 30 words or less for the contributors’ page of next month’s issue of Grazia Bahrain. While the circulation of this magazine means that this was not exactly the be-all and end-all of self-definition, this was a very frightening prospect indeed. I have yet to master the art of condensing my thoughts into the length of a tweet, let alone my entire personality. And as someone addicted to alliteration and with a fondness for flowery phraseology, you can imagine my struggle. So I leave you with this, in the immortal words of the wise Spice Girls: “swing it, shake it, move it, make it, who do you think you are?”
